Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary depending on parts availability or supplier changes.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer or card payment in person.

  • Work will not commence until a deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received.

  • All goods remain the property of CyberNest PCs until paid for in full.

Repairs & Upgrades

  • We will diagnose issues and, where necessary, provide a quote before proceeding with repairs.

  • Any replacement parts used will be new or manufacturer-refurbished unless otherwise agreed.

  • Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before submitting their device for repair.

  • CyberNest PCs is not liable for data loss or software issues beyond the scope of the agreed repair.

Custom PC Builds

  • All custom builds are assembled using components agreed upon during the planning process.

  • Once a build is confirmed, component changes may affect the total price and delivery time.

  • Systems are tested before delivery to ensure stability and performance.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the hardware components provided by CyberNest PCs, according to manufacturer terms.

Collection, Delivery & Turnaround

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but may vary depending on parts availability.

  • Delivery or collection options will be agreed upon with the customer before completion.

  • CyberNest PCs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.
