At CyberNest PCs, we take pride in delivering high-quality builds, repairs, and upgrades.
If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements work.

Custom PC Builds

  • Each custom PC is built to order, based on your chosen components and specifications.

  • Because these are personalised products, refunds can only be issued if there is a fault, defect, or workmanship issue.

  • If a hardware component fails within its manufacturer warranty period, we’ll help arrange a repair or replacement.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect specifications once parts have been ordered.

Repairs & Upgrades

  • If you’re not satisfied with a repair or upgrade, please contact us within 14 days of collection or delivery.

  • We will inspect the system and, if an issue is found to be related to our service or parts, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

  • Refunds are only provided where a repair cannot be completed or a replacement part is unavailable.

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits paid for custom builds or booked services are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has started.

  • If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll assess the situation fairly based on any costs incurred.

Returning Components

  • Any components or parts must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or charge a restocking fee if items are damaged, used, or missing parts.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer or card payment).

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
